The investment in Jose Bautista (leading the league in batting average, on base percentage AND home runs), getting out from under the Vernon Wells contract (he's off to a brutal start with the Angels), the aggressive coaching of John Farrell (I was at Rogers Centre to see the squeeze play vs. Rivera and the Yankees... wow!)...
